About Crossroads Medical Mission

Our services include primary care, referrals, screenings, minor surgery, medication assistance, patient educations, counseling, dental services, and labs. We have been working in conjunction with other outreach organizations, such as homeless shelters, food pantries, community centers, and Christian churches of various denominations, since 2002. We specifically target those who have no ongoing source of health care, particularly the uninsured and low-income individuals. While no patient is required to participate in religious activities to receive assistance, CMM offers Christian-based counseling. The Crossroads Medical Mission is a non-profit Christian ministry providing quality primary medical services to those “falling through the cracks” of the current health care system in southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee. Such individuals include the uninsured, the under-insured, those with poor access to medical care, and anyone not currently receiving medical care. We have been working in conjunction with other outreach organizations, such as homeless shelters, food pantries, community centers, and Christian churches of various denominations, since 2002.
