The Refuge Center’s mission is to offer affordable, professional counseling services in order to empower, educate and support individuals, couples and families in need. We offer therapy to those who could not afford other fees. We do that by offering a sliding-scale fee structure that ranges from $25 – $120 per session and is based on each individual’s income level.
