Y ese sentimiento puede llevarnos a automedicarnos de maneras poco saludables.<\/p>\n<footer>Heather, 47 a\u00f1os<\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Tu entorno tiene la capacidad de sacarte de tus casillas. Cuando sientes que el mundo se sale de control, es f\u00e1cil recurrir a sustancias para que el ruido desaparezca.<\/p>\n<p>Los familiares, amigos y seres queridos dif\u00edciles pueden ponerte nervioso. Las sustancias te a\u00edslan no solo de los dem\u00e1s, sino tambi\u00e9n de ti mismo. Reconectarte contigo mismo te ayuda a volver a ser quien eres y a estar donde quieres estar.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas estrategias que te ayudar\u00e1n a reconectarte contigo mismo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e1ctica <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/6-ways-to-practice-self-compassion\/\">autocompasi\u00f3n<\/a>: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/diy\/overcoming-negative-thoughts\/\">Reformular tus pensamientos<\/a>, Cambiar tu di\u00e1logo interno y crear afirmaciones para ti mismo puede ayudarte a fortalecerte y sentirte mejor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>T\u00e9cnicas de conexi\u00f3n a tierra: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/3-steps-keep-your-mind-grounded\/\">T\u00e9cnicas de conexi\u00f3n a tierra<\/a> como <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/8-best-meditation-apps\/\">meditaci\u00f3n<\/a> y muchas otras te ayudan a sentirte m\u00e1s consciente y presente en el momento. Saber que puedes dominar tus reacciones ante las situaciones te da libertad.<\/p>\n<h3>Busca espacios y personas seguras.<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>No puedes curarte en el mismo entorno que te enferm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<footer>Desconocido<\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>El mundo puede dar miedo si sientes que no puedes dejarlo. Tambi\u00e9n puedes temer que tus amistades y relaciones cambien sin las sustancias. <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/addiction\/\">Adicci\u00f3n<\/a> te mantiene aislado. Pero buscar amigos y otras personas que est\u00e9n ah\u00ed para ti o que hayan pasado por lo mismo que t\u00fa te ayudar\u00e1 a recuperarte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Habla con alguien: <\/strong>Es dif\u00edcil dejar de consumir por tu cuenta. Y no est\u00e1s solo en tus sentimientos o en esta experiencia. Cu\u00e9ntale a alguien de confianza lo que est\u00e1s pasando. O puedes hablar con alguien ajeno a tus seres queridos, como un terapeuta, un consejero, un grupo en l\u00ednea o <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/about-peer-supporters\/\">especialista en recuperaci\u00f3n entre pares<\/a>. A todos nos gustar\u00eda controlar nuestras circunstancias, pero la vida se interpone en nuestro camino. Como dice el refr\u00e1n: \u201cAcepta las cosas que no puedes cambiar y ten el valor de cambiar las que s\u00ed puedes\u201d.
