Y cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo contin\u00faes bebiendo o consumiendo en el trabajo, m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil te resultar\u00e1 dejarlo. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas cosas en las que pensar para ayudarte a cambiar tu forma de beber o consumir:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta el consumo de alcohol o drogas durante el trabajo a tu desempe\u00f1o, a tus compa\u00f1eros o a las personas a las que apoyas?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfViola las reglas de la empresa? \u00bfPuede acarrear consecuencias laborales importantes, como <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/can-i-be-fired-my-mental-illness\/\">ser despedido<\/a>?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1s bebiendo cada vez m\u00e1s o de una manera que te resulta dif\u00edcil dejar de hacerlo?<\/li>\n<li>Podr\u00edas pensar que su uso mejora tu rendimiento, pero \u00bfes realmente as\u00ed o te hace rendir menos en tu trabajo?<\/li>\n<li>Quiz\u00e1s pienses que la gente no se da cuenta, pero \u00bfest\u00e1s seguro? Busca los recursos que ofrece tu empresa poni\u00e9ndote en contacto con Recursos Humanos, hablando con un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo en quien conf\u00edes e investigando informaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea o en tu manual o contrato de empleado.<\/p>\n<h2>Encontrar apoyo<\/h2>\n<p>El consumo significativo de drogas y alcohol afectar\u00e1 su desempe\u00f1o laboral.
