Una reflexi\u00f3n honesta sobre nosotros mismos puede ayudarnos a tomar la mejor decisi\u00f3n. Podemos considerar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfContamos con habilidades para afrontar la situaci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfContamos con herramientas que nos permitan mantener la estabilidad si ocurre alg\u00fan acontecimiento importante en nuestra vida?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfContamos con un sistema de apoyo s\u00f3lido?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfTodav\u00eda tenemos antojos?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfExisten conflictos, problemas mentales o f\u00edsicos u otros factores estresantes que puedan obstaculizar nuestro progreso?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de pensar por qu\u00e9 queremos dejar de ir, preguntarte por qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda beneficiarte continuar tambi\u00e9n puede ayudarte a decidir. Es una decisi\u00f3n importante. \u00a1Nuestra recuperaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es muy importante! \u00a1Para nosotros, nuestras familias y nuestras comunidades!<\/p>\n<p>A veces, la vida se vuelve agitada y queremos alejarnos de lo que nos ayud\u00f3 a dejar las sustancias y mantenernos sobrios. Si dejamos de asistir, debemos ser conscientes de nosotros mismos. Debemos darnos cuenta cuando nos sentimos inquietos, insatisfechos, irritados, aislados o con ganas de consumir, para poder volver a las reuniones u obtener el apoyo que necesitamos.<\/p>\n<h2>Buscar apoyo en tu decisi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Como exadicto, me cuesta mucho hacer algo bas\u00e1ndome \u00fanicamente en mis pensamientos y sentimientos.<\/p>\n<footer>Mellissa, Indiana<\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hay quienes seguimos necesitando apoyo despu\u00e9s de mucho tiempo en recuperaci\u00f3n. Los acontecimientos de la vida seguir\u00e1n ocurriendo. Vivir la vida tal y como viene es muy dif\u00edcil a veces. A veces simplemente no sabemos c\u00f3mo reaccionar ante una situaci\u00f3n. A veces no estamos seguros de qu\u00e9 hacer. Y eso est\u00e1 bien.<\/p>\n<p>Es buena idea encontrar personas que nos hagan responsables, como los padrinos., <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/what-does-peer-support-look-like\/\">compa\u00f1eros<\/a>, un terapeuta o alguien que haya vivido esa experiencia. Plantea la idea de asistir a menos reuniones o dejar de asistir por completo. Conocer sus opiniones y puntos de vista sobre el tema puede ayudarte a tener una perspectiva m\u00e1s amplia sobre tu decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/i-feel-isolated\/\">Aislamiento<\/a> es una parte muy importante de la adicci\u00f3n. Lo contrario de la adicci\u00f3n es la conexi\u00f3n. Cuando asistimos a las reuniones, nos relacionamos con personas que han pasado por lo mismo que nosotros y han superado las cosas por las que hemos pasado y por las que pasaremos. Las reuniones nos recuerdan que debemos seguir acudiendo, seguir buscando ayuda y seguir trabajando en nosotros mismos. Nos recuerdan que no estamos solos y que siempre podemos levantarnos y volver a intentarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Seguir asistiendo a las reuniones nos proporciona responsabilidad y un sistema de apoyo. Nuestros compa\u00f1eros est\u00e1n ah\u00ed para ayudarnos en nuestras batallas y a reconstruir nuestras vidas. A menudo nos conocen mejor que nosotros mismos. Y la mayor\u00eda no teme ser sincera cuando vamos por mal camino.<\/p>\n<p>Las reuniones pueden ser una oportunidad para retribuir lo que nos ayud\u00f3 en nuestra recuperaci\u00f3n. A veces nos ayuda a darnos un prop\u00f3sito. Trabajamos nuestros pasos, apadrinamos a otros. Todo eso nos da satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexiona sobre d\u00f3nde te encuentras en tu proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n<p>Recuerda que la adicci\u00f3n es una enfermedad. A veces nos mentir\u00e1 y nos dir\u00e1 que estamos bien.<\/p>\n<p>Comprender nuestros factores de protecci\u00f3n, o comportamientos o circunstancias que reducen los efectos negativos, nos ayuda a mantener el rumbo.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de factores protectores son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/taking-care-of-yourself-spiritually\/\">Fe o espiritualidad<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Una familia cari\u00f1osa<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/what-does-self-care-look-like-in-recovery\/\">Habilidades saludables para afrontar situaciones dif\u00edciles<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Excelente sistema de apoyo<\/li>\n<li>Autoestima positiva<\/li>\n<li>Actividades de autoayuda, como terapia, otros grupos, etc.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Actividades recreativas<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sentido de prop\u00f3sito<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Modelos positivos a seguir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En la recuperaci\u00f3n, se supone que debemos tomar las cosas un d\u00eda a la vez, especialmente al principio. Puede ser desconcertante pensar que tal vez tengamos que asistir a reuniones durante mucho tiempo.
