Y para la mayor\u00eda de los maestros, es su deber cont\u00e1rselo a alguien.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que sientas que es una traici\u00f3n y que tu maestro ha traicionado tu confianza al contarle a alguien lo de tus autolesiones. Especialmente si se lo cuenta a tus padres. Es posible que incluso te sientas herido, enojado o asustado por lo que pueda pasar ahora. Todos estos sentimientos son reales y v\u00e1lidos.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo de d\u00f3nde vivas, personas como maestros, entrenadores, etc. son <strong>informantes obligatorios.<\/strong> En algunos estados, todos los adultos son informantes obligatorios. Un informante obligatorio es alguien que legalmente tiene que informar sobre sospechas de abuso y negligencia. Toda esta situaci\u00f3n puede hacerte sentir vulnerable y sin apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>La verdad es que si te has estado haciendo da\u00f1o durante alg\u00fan tiempo, es probable que los dem\u00e1s se den cuenta en alg\u00fan momento.
