El cuerpo se tensa y la mente se obsesiona con lo que le preocupa. Puede resultar dif\u00edcil concentrarse en cualquier otra cosa. La ansiedad tambi\u00e9n puede afectar al apetito y dificultar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Un poco de ansiedad puede ser \u00fatil. Por ejemplo, si est\u00e1s ansioso por un examen pr\u00f3ximo, puede motivarte a estudiar para sentirte m\u00e1s preparado. Pero la ansiedad puede salirse de control f\u00e1cilmente. Si est\u00e1s tan ansioso que no puedes concentrarte en estudiar, la ansiedad ya no es \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la ansiedad se vuelve tan incontrolable que empieza a interferir en tu vida cotidiana, es posible que tengas un <strong>trastorno de ansiedad<\/strong>. Los trastornos de ansiedad son un tipo de problema de salud mental. <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/are-there-types-anxiety\/\">Algunos ejemplos incluyen:<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trastorno de ansiedad generalizada (TAG)<\/li>\n<li>Ansiedad social<\/li>\n<li>Fobias<\/li>\n<li>Trastorno por estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico (TEPT)<\/li>\n<li>Trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo (TOC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lo que todos tienen en com\u00fan es que experimentan niveles extremos de ansiedad, m\u00e1s de lo que experimentar\u00eda una persona promedio en la misma situaci\u00f3n, y lo suficiente como para interferir en su vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00edntomas de un trastorno de ansiedad<\/h2>\n<p>La experiencia de cada persona con la ansiedad es diferente, pero algunos de los s\u00edntomas comunes de los trastornos de ansiedad incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sentirse inquieto e irritable<\/li>\n<li>Dificultad para concentrarse<\/li>\n<li>Dolor, tensi\u00f3n o molestias musculares.<\/li>\n<li>Dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o o permanecer dormido.<\/li>\n<li>Sentirse agotado incluso despu\u00e9s de haber dormido toda la noche.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer todo lo posible por evitar situaciones que te causan ansiedad.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/types-of-intrusive-thoughts\/\">Pensamientos intrusivos (pensamientos no deseados o preocupaciones que no desaparecen)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Muchas personas con ansiedad <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/what-is-depression\/\">tambi\u00e9n experimentar depresi\u00f3n<\/a>. Debido a que algunos s\u00edntomas se superponen, a veces las personas que padecen ambas afecciones solo reciben el diagn\u00f3stico de una de ellas.<\/p>\n<h2>Problemas de la vida<\/h2>\n<p>Para las personas que padecen ansiedad, los s\u00edntomas causan graves problemas en sus vidas. La dificultad para concentrarse puede dificultar el rendimiento en la escuela o en el trabajo. Muchas personas toman medidas extremas para evitar situaciones que puedan desencadenar su ansiedad.
