Est\u00e1s tratando de vivir tu vida, pero tu cerebro no deja de enfocarse en las cosas malas que podr\u00edan suceder. Independientemente de si esas cosas realmente suceder\u00e1n o no, este tipo de pensamientos pueden ser frustrantes y agotadores. \u00a1Preocuparse todo el tiempo requiere mucha energ\u00eda!<\/p>\n<p>La emoci\u00f3n que sientes cuando est\u00e1s preocupado todo el tiempo se llama <strong>ansiedad<\/strong>. Tu cuerpo se tensa y tu mente se obsesiona con lo que te preocupa. Puede resultar dif\u00edcil concentrarse en cualquier otra cosa. La ansiedad tambi\u00e9n puede afectar tu apetito y dificultar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Un poco de ansiedad puede ser \u00fatil. Por ejemplo, si est\u00e1s ansioso por un examen pr\u00f3ximo, puede motivarte a estudiar para sentirte m\u00e1s preparado. Pero la ansiedad puede salirse de control f\u00e1cilmente. Si est\u00e1s tan ansioso que no puedes concentrarte en estudiar, la ansiedad ya no es \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<h2>Reducir la ansiedad en el momento<\/h2>\n<p>Si tu ansiedad se ha salido de control, lo primero que debes hacer es reducirla a un nivel manejable. Esto puede ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil decirlo que hacerlo, pero con un poco de pr\u00e1ctica deber\u00edas poder encontrar algunas <strong>habilidades de afrontamiento<\/strong> que puedes utilizar. Algunas sencillas que puedes probar son: <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/tipp-breathing-through-urges\/\">respiraci\u00f3n profunda<\/a>, hacer ejercicio y escribir en un diario.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que tu ansiedad haya disminuido un poco, puedes empezar a pensar en lo que realmente est\u00e1 pasando: <em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te est\u00e1 tratando de decir tu ansiedad?<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Preocuparse por los problemas de la vida real<\/h2>\n<p>Es natural sentir ansiedad por algo que, siendo realistas, podr\u00eda suceder. Por ejemplo, si est\u00e1s a punto de mudarte a una nueva ciudad, es normal que est\u00e9s nervioso: \u00a1toda tu vida est\u00e1 a punto de cambiar! Pero una vez que llegues all\u00ed y hayas tenido tiempo de instalarte, es probable que la ansiedad desaparezca.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, date un tiempo determinado, por ejemplo, media hora, para lidiar con tu ansiedad. Haz una lista de todo lo que puedes hacer para prepararte para lo que te preocupa. La pr\u00f3xima vez que te sientas ansioso, utiliza una t\u00e9cnica de afrontamiento para reducir tu ansiedad a un nivel manejable, luego revisa tu lista y ve si hay algo que puedas hacer. \u00bfY si no hay nada?
