Pero si te encuentras perdiendo el control todo el tiempo, probablemente haya algo m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h2>Entender por qu\u00e9 hacemos lo que hacemos<\/h2>\n<p>Tenemos muchas motivaciones diferentes, algunas l\u00f3gicas y otras m\u00e1s emocionales. A veces, estas motivaciones se contradicen entre s\u00ed. Quiz\u00e1s tu cerebro emocional quiera golpear a alguien, pero tu cerebro l\u00f3gico no quiere que te arresten.<\/p>\n<p>Las decisiones l\u00f3gicas requieren m\u00e1s capacidad intelectual que las emocionales. Puede ser algo tan simple como el aburrimiento. O tal vez hay algo que deseas en tu vida y no est\u00e1s consiguiendo. En lugar de actuar de forma impulsiva, intenta identificar qu\u00e9 es lo que te falta y piensa en c\u00f3mo puedes cambiarlo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tu nivel de energ\u00eda.<\/strong> Si est\u00e1s agotado f\u00edsica o mentalmente, tendr\u00e1s menos energ\u00eda para tomar buenas decisiones. A veces, basta con una siesta o un bocadillo para sentirte mejor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las personas que te rodean. <\/strong>La presi\u00f3n de grupo puede ser un clich\u00e9, pero es algo real. Si sales con gente que bebe mucho, te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil resistirte a esa copa de vino de m\u00e1s. Intenta rodearte de personas a las que admires, que act\u00faen como te gustar\u00eda actuar t\u00fa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practica.<\/strong> Es dif\u00edcil romper con un h\u00e1bito, pero se vuelve m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil con la pr\u00e1ctica. Con el tiempo, podr\u00e1s reemplazar los malos h\u00e1bitos por otros buenos, y empezar\u00e1s a tomar mejores decisiones de forma natural.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drogas o alcohol.<\/strong> Las drogas y el alcohol reducen tus inhibiciones. Te hacen menos consciente de tu entorno y de lo que es socialmente apropiado.
