Aunque estemos rodeados de seres queridos, amigos y otras personas, es posible sentirse completamente solo.<\/p>\n<p>Hay varias razones para ello: tal vez nos sentimos desconectados de quienes nos rodean, o tal vez nos da miedo que no entiendan o no vayan a entender por lo que estamos pasando. Sea cual sea la raz\u00f3n por la que nos sentimos solos entre los dem\u00e1s, es importante saber que se trata de un sentimiento que podemos superar.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me siento as\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Los seres humanos necesitamos sentirnos conectados con otras personas. Ninguno de nosotros puede satisfacer todas sus necesidades por s\u00ed solo.\u00a0<strong>La soledad es la forma que tiene nuestro cerebro de motivarnos para que busquemos y construyamos nuestra red de apoyo.<\/strong>. Cuando nos sentimos solos, naturalmente queremos rodearnos de otras personas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero a veces, simplemente estar rodeado de otras personas no es suficiente. Eso se debe a que\u00a0<strong>estar en la misma habitaci\u00f3n no es lo mismo que sentirse conectado<\/strong>. De hecho, a veces estar rodeado de desconocidos o de personas con las que no tienes mucha confianza puede hacerte sentir\u00a0<em>m\u00e1s<\/em>\u00a0solo.<\/p>\n<p>Todas esas personas te recuerdan las conexiones que te gustar\u00eda tener. Si tiendes a castigarte a ti mismo, podr\u00edas pensar: \u201cSoy un perdedor. \u00a1Hay 50 personas en esta fiesta y no consigo conectar con ninguna!\u201c. No eres un perdedor. Simplemente te encuentras en una situaci\u00f3n en la que esperabas sentirte conectado y no ha sido as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sentirse solo incluso cuando hay gente alrededor tambi\u00e9n es un s\u00edntoma com\u00fan de <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/what-is-depression-really-like\/\">depresi\u00f3n<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/are-there-types-anxiety\/\">ansiedad social<\/a>. Y algunas estrategias pueden funcionar mejor que otras en tu situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Intenta reflexionar sobre por qu\u00e9 quieres socializar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Piensa en lo que esperas obtener de las relaciones sociales.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bfTe sientes solo y solo buscas compa\u00f1\u00eda? \u00bfEst\u00e1s deprimido y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/who-can-i-talk-to-about-my-mental-health\/\"><strong>buscando apoyo emocional<\/strong><\/a>? <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bfEst\u00e1s tratando de hacer nuevos amigos o conectarte m\u00e1s con los amigos que ya tienes?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al reflexionar sobre lo que sientes y lo que buscas, podr\u00e1s aprender a satisfacer tus necesidades y a establecer mejores relaciones con los dem\u00e1s. Por ejemplo, ir a una fiesta puede ser una forma estupenda de conocer gente nueva y divertirte sin preocupaciones. O si buscas un apoyo emocional m\u00e1s profundo, tal vez te convenga salir solo con una o dos personas que conozcas muy bien.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hay algunos consejos que puedes utilizar para <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/how-can-connecting-with-others-help-my-mental-health\/\">fortalecer las conexiones actuales y crear otras nuevas<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00e9tete a pasar tiempo con tus amigos y seres queridos.<\/strong>.
