La gente se ha acostumbrado al aislamiento y, a menudo, se siente \u201cfalta de pr\u00e1ctica\u201d en lo que respecta a las interacciones sociales. No hay nada de malo en relajarse, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes probar algunas actividades en solitario m\u00e1s interesantes. \u00bfQu\u00e9 cosas te gusta hacer que se pueden hacer solo? Compra algunos libros nuevos, empieza un rompecabezas, imprime algunas p\u00e1ginas para colorear o busca esos materiales de manualidades que tienes desde hace a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n es un buen momento para empezar a aprender algo nuevo: usa Duolingo para practicar un nuevo idioma o prueba un proyecto que hayas visto en YouTube o TikTok.<\/p>\n<h2>Siente tus emociones.<\/h2>\n<p>Reconoce que esto es dif\u00edcil. Est\u00e1 bien estar triste, enojado, <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/im-feeling-lonely\/\">solitario<\/a>, o cualquier otra cosa que est\u00e9s sintiendo en este momento.
