A menudo pasan a\u00f1os sin que se diagnostiquen. <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/why-am-i-tired-all-the-time\/\">Si no puedes entender por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s tan agotado<\/a>, es recomendable pedirle a un m\u00e9dico que le haga algunas pruebas.<\/p>\n<p>Tu nivel de energ\u00eda tambi\u00e9n se ve afectado por tu salud mental. Tu cerebro utiliza una <em>lote<\/em> de energ\u00eda, y si te preocupas todo el tiempo, \u00a1consumir\u00e1s a\u00fan m\u00e1s! <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/screening-tools\/\">Realice una de nuestras pruebas de salud mental.<\/a> para averiguar si un problema de salud mental podr\u00eda estar frenando su progreso.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te est\u00e1 tratando de decir tu cerebro?<\/h2>\n<p>A veces puede parecer que nuestras emociones se interponen en nuestro camino. La depresi\u00f3n y la ansiedad pueden parecer \u201cel enemigo\u201d. Pero, en muchas ocasiones, est\u00e1n tratando de decirnos algo importante. Quiz\u00e1s el mensaje sea que est\u00e1s lleno de dudas sobre ti mismo, que simplemente no crees que puedas lograr lo que est\u00e1s tratando de hacer, as\u00ed que \u00bfpara qu\u00e9 molestarse? Quiz\u00e1s lo que est\u00e1s tratando de hacer no es realmente tan importante para ti. Quiz\u00e1s sea el objetivo de otra persona y t\u00fa solo est\u00e1s siguiendo el movimiento. O quiz\u00e1s necesitas trabajar de forma m\u00e1s inteligente, no m\u00e1s dura: da un paso atr\u00e1s y piensa si hay una forma m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de alcanzar tus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Si te tomas el tiempo para prestar atenci\u00f3n a tu mente y tu cuerpo, tal vez puedas descubrir qu\u00e9 cambios puedes hacer para sentirte m\u00e1s motivado para alcanzar tus metas.<\/p>\n<h2>Motivarse<\/h2>\n<p>Todo esto no significa que motivarse no sea un reto. El cambio es dif\u00edcil, y reunir el valor para lograr algo dif\u00edcil requiere cierto esfuerzo. Con solo buscar informaci\u00f3n sobre qu\u00e9 hacer, ya has dado el primer paso. \u00a1Ahora veamos algunos consejos!<\/p>\n<p>Piensa en los objetivos que te has fijado y para los que no te sientes motivado. Hazte algunas preguntas para llegar al fondo del asunto. <em>por qu\u00e9<\/em> quieres lograrlos. Escribir las respuestas tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar: llena los espacios en blanco con la meta en la que te est\u00e1s enfocando:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ______ es tan importante para m\u00ed?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda mi vida si pudiera ______?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 impidiendo que ______?<\/li>\n<li>En una escala del 1 al 10, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan motivado me siento para ______?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitar\u00eda para subir un punto en esa escala? (de 3 a 4, por ejemplo)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y sencillo que puedo hacer ahora para acercarme un poco m\u00e1s a ______?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estas preguntas cumplen varias funciones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Te hacen pensar en las razones por las que quieres cambiar.<\/strong> O bien, pueden descubrir que en realidad no tienes motivos para cambiar. \u00a1Eso tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 bien! Significa que tal vez sea el momento de reevaluar tus objetivos o de empezar a pensar en ellos de otra manera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Te ayudan a identificar los obst\u00e1culos.<\/strong> Siempre hay cosas que nos impiden alcanzar nuestras metas. Elimina algunos de esos obst\u00e1culos y te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil avanzar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Te ayudan a dividir los grandes objetivos en peque\u00f1os pasos. <\/strong>Probablemente hayas escuchado un mill\u00f3n de veces que \u201clo importante no es el destino, sino el camino\u201d. Aunque el destino sea lo que m\u00e1s te importa, el camino es lo que te lleva hasta all\u00ed. Lo importante es dar peque\u00f1os pasos hacia tus metas. Las peque\u00f1as victorias reforzar\u00e1n tu confianza y te ayudar\u00e1n a ver tu progreso, \u00a1lo que har\u00e1 que el resto del camino te resulte mucho m\u00e1s atractivo!<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unmotivated or just tired?
