Half of <em>those<\/em> will experience a mental illness by age 14.<\/li>\n<li>People who identify as<strong> women, BIPOC, and members of the LGBTQ+ community,\u00a0 are more likely to experience mental illness<\/strong> due to a variety of systemic barriers.<\/li>\n<li>Most people who experience mental illnesses <strong>do not receive treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Many people <strong>don\u2019t even know they have a mental illness<\/strong>. It can take years from the time mental illness appears to the time it gets diagnosed\u2014if it gets diagnosed at all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/how-do-you-treat-mental-illness\/\">Mental illness is treatable<\/a>.
