Quiz\u00e1s te sientes un poco desconectado de las personas que te rodean, o est\u00e1s teniendo una semana \u201cmalo\u201d. No est\u00e1s del todo <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/depression\/\">deprimido<\/a>, pero sin duda te has sentido mejor. Nos pasa a todos. La buena noticia es que, si te sientes un poco deca\u00eddo, al menos eres consciente de que algo no va bien, y eso es importante. <em>que<\/em> es el primer paso para volver a ser la mejor versi\u00f3n de ti mismo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me siento as\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>As\u00ed que has identificado que algo no est\u00e1 del todo bien, pero \u00bfpuedes averiguar qu\u00e9 es? Echa un vistazo a tu situaci\u00f3n actual. <em>\u00bfTiene? <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/how-can-i-achieve-better-work-life-balance\/\">El trabajo ha sido m\u00e1s estresante.<\/a> \u00bfM\u00e1s de lo habitual? \u00bfHiciste un<a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/how-to-tell-someone-theyve-hurt-you\/\"> Un amigo dijo algo que realmente te molest\u00f3.<\/a>?<\/em> Si puedes identificar algo espec\u00edfico, intenta alejarte de tu estado emocional y enf\u00f3cate en resolver el problema. Quiz\u00e1s puedas hablar con tu jefe sobre la redistribuci\u00f3n de algunos proyectos, o encontrar la manera de hacerle saber a tu amigo que te ha molestado. Si hay algo concreto que te hace sentir mal, es probable que haya una manera de aliviar esa carga, al menos un poco.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, la mayor\u00eda de las veces, cuando nos sentimos de una manera que solo podemos describir como \u201cdeprimidos\u201d, <em>no puedo <\/em>Averigua qu\u00e9 hay detr\u00e1s de eso. En este caso, a veces lo mejor que puedes hacer es esperar a que pase.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo salir de este baj\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p>Hay algunas cosas que puedes hacer para salir del baj\u00f3n y volver a la normalidad.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Descansa, si lo necesitas. <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/i-am-emotionally-exhausted\/\">Es posible que est\u00e9s realmente agotado.<\/a>. O eres alguien que se mantiene ocupado para evitar sentir emociones negativas (todos hemos pasado por eso). Puede que te resulte dif\u00edcil bajar el ritmo, pero tomarte un tiempo para descansar es muy importante. Necesitas relajarte y equilibrar tu mente antes de llegar a un punto de agotamiento. Pero no todo el mundo necesita descansar, as\u00ed que:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mantente ocupado, si eso es lo que necesitas. <\/strong>Algunos tipos de funk se inclinan m\u00e1s hacia la apat\u00eda y <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/i-cant-get-motivated\/\">falta de motivaci\u00f3n<\/a>. Si te sientes identificado con esto, no te dejes llevar por el aislamiento total. <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/8-steps-create-healthy-routine\/\">Sigue un horario diario.<\/a> (Puede ser tan r\u00edgido o flexible como desees, \u00a1incluso solo planificar las horas de las comidas ayuda!). Y reserva tiempo para las actividades que disfrutas. Puede parecer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/i-cant-get-out-bed\/\">quedarse en la cama<\/a> y desconectarte mientras te desplazas por las redes sociales, pero eso solo puede hacer que te sientas a\u00fan m\u00e1s deprimido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sigue adelante. <\/strong>Es m\u00e1s efectivo cambiar tus acciones que dejar las cosas en suspenso hasta que te sientas mejor. Por ejemplo, ponerte al d\u00eda con un viejo amigo puede parecer un esfuerzo demasiado grande en este momento. Pero tambi\u00e9n puede <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/how-can-connecting-with-others-help-my-mental-health\/\">\u00a1An\u00edmate!<\/a> Da peque\u00f1os pasos hacia los cambios que deseas realizar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00edjate una nueva meta. <\/strong>Como seres humanos, todos anhelamos tener un prop\u00f3sito en la vida, y a menudo lo perdemos cuando estamos deprimidos. Tu nueva meta no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser algo grande. (Paso a paso, \u00bfrecuerdas?) Pero debe ser realmente importante para ti, \u00a1as\u00ed que pi\u00e9nsalo bien! Lo ideal es que sea algo que tambi\u00e9n te entusiasme: fijarte la meta de limpiar tu habitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 muy bien, pero puede parecerte una tarea m\u00e1s de tu lista. Prueba con algo que te entusiasme, como empezar a leer ese libro que lleva meses en tu mesita de noche, aprender un nuevo pasatiempo o meditar unos minutos al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planea algo emocionante. <\/strong>Tener algo que esperar puede hacer que los d\u00edas dif\u00edciles sean un poco m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles. Si est\u00e1s estancado en la rutina, \u00a1a\u00f1ade algo divertido a tu calendario! Puede ser algo tan grande como empezar a planear las vacaciones del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o o tan peque\u00f1o como quedar con tus amigos para ir pronto a tu restaurante favorito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recuerda: los malos humores son parte de la vida y son completamente v\u00e1lidos, incluso si crees que no hay una \u201craz\u00f3n\u201d para ello.
