Pensaba que lo hab\u00eda superado. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 sigo sinti\u00e9ndome y actuando as\u00ed?\u201d.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/what-trauma\/\">trauma pasado<\/a> puede tener repercusiones duraderas. A veces puede parecer que nunca te recuperar\u00e1s de ello. Y esto puede ser desalentador. A menudo, las personas tienen miedo de hablar de los efectos, porque les hace sentir verg\u00fcenza. No hay nada malo en ti, \u00a1solo est\u00e1s aprendiendo a lidiar con sentimientos dif\u00edciles!<\/p>\n<h2>Tus sentimientos y experiencias son v\u00e1lidos.<\/h2>\n<p>A menudo cuestionamos nuestras propias percepciones o experiencias. A veces, cuando est\u00e1s pasando por algo, no parece tan grave. Llamarlo \u201ctrauma\u201d puede parecer exagerado, pero... <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/all-trauma-same\/\">El trauma se presenta en todas las formas y tama\u00f1os.<\/a>\u00a1Cualquier cosa que tenga un impacto emocional duradero puede ser traum\u00e1tica!.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible que hayas intentado hablar con alguien que no se tom\u00f3 en serio tus experiencias. Lo \u00fanico que importa es lo que viviste y c\u00f3mo te afect\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo nuestro pasado sigue afect\u00e1ndonos<\/h2>\n<p>El trauma tiene efectos duraderos en el cerebro. Puede resultar dif\u00edcil sentirse plenamente vivo en el momento presente. Cuando no vivimos el momento, estamos reviviendo el pasado o temiendo lo que pueda suceder en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras experiencias tambi\u00e9n moldean nuestras creencias sobre nosotros mismos. Nos gusta sentir que tenemos el control... As\u00ed que cuando ocurre algo que... <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/i-feel-out-control\/\">fuera de nuestro control<\/a>, a menudo es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil culparnos a nosotros mismos. Nos volvemos demasiado cr\u00edticos con nosotros mismos. Y podemos empezar a pensar:, <em>\u201cSi hubiera sido m\u00e1s fuerte, esto no me habr\u00eda pasado.<\/em>. Terminamos sintiendo que el problema est\u00e1 en nosotros, cuando en realidad el problema es lo que nos ha sucedido.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras superas tu trauma, es probable que est\u00e9s muy alerta y listo para protegerte en cualquier situaci\u00f3n. Si tus pensamientos, sentimientos o comportamientos interfieren en tu vida cotidiana, es posible que tu trauma haya provocado un trastorno de salud mental como <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/ptsd\/\">trastorno por estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/anxiety\/\">ansiedad<\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/depression\/\">depresi\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo sanar y seguir adelante<\/h2>\n<p>Para dejar atr\u00e1s el pasado, es importante crear una base s\u00f3lida para la sanaci\u00f3n. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunos pasos para comenzar tu camino:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date un poco de cr\u00e9dito.<\/strong>.
