Ll\u00e9nalo con los medicamentos o <strong>conductas de riesgo en las que participas<\/strong> para lidiar con tus sentimientos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ahora piensa en las siguientes preguntas y escribe tus respuestas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la relaci\u00f3n entre los sentimientos y experiencias del primer recuadro y el negocio arriesgado del segundo recuadro?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera el consumo de drogas o la participaci\u00f3n en conductas de riesgo han causado problemas en su vida?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEs eso algo que quieres cambiar? Escribe \u201cS\u00ed\u201d o \u201cNo\u201d y explica por qu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Nueva vida, nueva caja<\/h2>\n<p>Ahora dibuja un tercer recuadro. Ll\u00e9nalo con las cosas con las que quieres que se llene tu nueva vida. Pueden ser nuevas relaciones, nuevas experiencias o nuevas habilidades. En \u00faltima instancia, querr\u00e1s hacer cosas que <em>reemplazar<\/em> los comportamientos de riesgo en los que sol\u00edas confiar.
