La ciencia ha demostrado sus beneficios para ayudar con la depresi\u00f3n, la esquizofrenia, la ansiedad, el trastorno de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico (TEPT) y el trastorno por d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n con hiperactividad (TDAH).
