Centr\u00e1ndose en este pensamiento o expectativa concreta, responda a las siguientes preguntas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene este pensamiento o expectativa? \u00bfQui\u00e9n lo establece?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se interpone en el camino del cuidado personal?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ahora que ha respondido a las preguntas anteriores, vuelva a escribir este pensamiento para respaldarlo y respaldar sus necesidades de cuidado personal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ejemplo de un nuevo pensamiento o expectativa: \u201cSi hago ____, puedo sentirme mejor.
