Quiz\u00e1s te hicieron dudar de tu recuerdo de algo que sucedi\u00f3. O minimizaron tus sentimientos, haci\u00e9ndote cuestionar si reaccionaste de forma exagerada. Le dan la vuelta a la historia para que parezca que t\u00fa eres el culpable, desviando la atenci\u00f3n y la culpa de ellos para hacerte sentir culpable. Este tipo de manipulaci\u00f3n emocional se denomina gaslighting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehotline.org\/resources\/what-is-gaslighting\/\">Manipulaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica<\/a> Es una forma de abuso emocional en la que una persona te hace dudar de ti mismo o cuestionar tu versi\u00f3n de un incidente. <strong>El gaslighting puede provenir de una pareja sentimental, <a href=\"https:\/\/screening.mhanational.org\/es\/content\/someone-work-gaslighting-me\/\">un jefe<\/a>, un amigo o cualquier otra persona.<\/strong> Se hace para obtener poder sobre ti y evitar la responsabilidad de <a href=\"\/es\/content\/what-abuse\/\">el abuso que se est\u00e1 infligiendo<\/a>. El gaslighting es incre\u00edblemente da\u00f1ino. Te hace cuestionar tu propia cordura, puede provocar ansiedad o depresi\u00f3n, e incluso puede desencadenar crisis nerviosas. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas se\u00f1ales que te ayudar\u00e1n a saber si t\u00fa o alguien que conoces est\u00e1 sufriendo este tipo de abuso emocional:<\/p>\n<h2>Te preguntas si tus sentimientos est\u00e1n justificados.<\/h2>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de una discusi\u00f3n, te preguntas si eres t\u00fa quien est\u00e1 siendo demasiado sensible o dram\u00e1tico. La otra persona descarta tus sentimientos, haci\u00e9ndote sentir que no est\u00e1n justificados o que no puedes controlar tus emociones. Es posible que te diga que \u201cest\u00e1s exagerando\u201d o que \u201cdejes de darle tanta importancia a todo\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Dudas de tus recuerdos sobre acontecimientos pasados.<\/h2>\n<p>Te dicen que eso nunca pas\u00f3 o que est\u00e1s recordando mal los detalles. Por alguna raz\u00f3n, la interpretaci\u00f3n que la otra persona tiene de un suceso no coincide con la tuya, y eso te hace cuestionar la fiabilidad de tu propia memoria o lo justificada que est\u00e1 tu reacci\u00f3n. Puede que te digan que \u201ctienes memoria selectiva\u201d o que afirmen que est\u00e1s \u201ccambiando la historia\u201d y \u201cinvent\u00e1ndote cosas\u201d para tu propio beneficio.<\/p>\n<h2>Te encuentras disculp\u00e1ndote por cosas que no hiciste.<\/h2>\n<p>Empiezas a disculparte innecesariamente, aunque no hayas hecho nada malo. Despu\u00e9s de cualquier discusi\u00f3n o enfrentamiento, empiezas a creer que quiz\u00e1 t\u00fa tengas la culpa.<\/p>\n<h2>Pones excusas por el mal comportamiento de otras personas.<\/h2>\n<p>Tus amigos y familiares no son muy aficionados a tu pareja, por lo que sientes la necesidad de defenderla. Empiezas a ocultar ciertos detalles sobre tu relaci\u00f3n y a esconder cosas sobre esa persona a las personas importantes en tu vida. Sabes que el comportamiento de tu pareja se considerar\u00eda inaceptable, por lo que te averg\u00fcenza revelar la din\u00e1mica de tu relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Crees que hay algo mal en ti.<\/h2>\n<p>Te preguntas si est\u00e1s perdiendo la cabeza o volvi\u00e9ndote loco. Cuando discutes con la otra persona, te dice que \u201ctodo est\u00e1 en tu cabeza\u201d. No te sientes lo suficientemente bien o parece que no consigues hacer las cosas bien. Crees que es culpa tuya y que si te esforzaras m\u00e1s o lo hicieras mejor, tu relaci\u00f3n mejorar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>Conf\u00edas m\u00e1s en el juicio de los dem\u00e1s que en el tuyo propio.<\/h2>\n<p>Has empezado a dudar de lo que es o no es normal en una relaci\u00f3n. Te dir\u00e1n cosas como \u201cEs normal pelearse como lo hacemos nosotros\u201d o \u201cNo sabes lo que es una buena relaci\u00f3n\u201d. As\u00ed que, cuando tienes que tomar una decisi\u00f3n, dudas de tu propio criterio y piensas que los dem\u00e1s tienen m\u00e1s l\u00f3gica que t\u00fa. No conf\u00edas en ti mismo y te cuesta tomar tus propias decisiones.<\/p>\n<h2>Crees que algo podr\u00eda estar mal.<\/h2>\n<p>Ya no eres tan feliz y seguro de ti mismo como antes. Tu instinto te dice que algo no va bien en tu relaci\u00f3n, pero quiz\u00e1 te da miedo admitirlo o decirlo en voz alta.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Si t\u00fa o alguien que conoces est\u00e1 experimentando alguno de estos comportamientos, no dudes en tomar medidas.
