Compassion Neighborhood Clinic’s mission is to provide FREE primary care services to the poor and uninsured by providing access to primary care in the underserved areas of Memphis, and by educating and empowering individuals to manage their own basic health needs. CNC offers basic healthcare to the people living in the Binghamton neighborhood and Northeast Memphis, who have limited access to healthcare due to barriers such as financial, transportation, employment, insurance, or racial/cultural issues. About the Provider
Compassion Neighborhood Clinic Compassion Neighborhood Clinic Inc. (CNC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) FREE primary care health clinic located in the one of the poorest neighborhoods in Memphis. Dr. John Lang and his wife Judy, a registered nurse, established CNC in August 2009. Our work has been recognized by several organizations such as the Memphis Commercial Appeal and the Memphis Business Journal. Dr. Lang has received the National Jefferson Award for volunteer service in 2010 and was nominated to be a finalist for the Health Care Heroes of Memphis.
