Emotions Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who desire to improve their emotional well-being. EA members are of diverse ages, races, economic status, social and educational backgrounds. EA follows a traditional Twelve Step Program.
Emotions Anonymous (EA) has groups in more than 30 countries, with more than 600 active groups, including Skype and phone meetings. Individuals can access information to find in-person, chat, Skype, and phone meetings. EA members come together in weekly meetings for the purpose of working toward recovery from any sort of emotional difficulties.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to become well emotionally.
Emotions Anonymous is an anonymous program and respects the confidentiality of its members at all times. Members are not required to share any personal details – or even last names – if they do not choose to at meetings.
