East Texas A&M University students who are currently experiencing a mental health concern, please contact the Counseling Center at 903-886-5145 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (closed 12-1pm). For students in acute distress, please call the Counseling Center and ask about our same-day drop-in hours.
For after-hours mental health crisis assistance, please call 903-886-5145 and press 1 to speak with a counselor. If you are in imminent danger of harming yourself or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
