From mental health and suicide prevention education to crisis intervention, Mental Health America-Wabash Valley Region can help you begin your recovery journey. We provide free, anonymous online screenings, short-term case management to connect with clinical care, peer recovery support including Wellness Recovery Action Plans, support groups and peer counseling, access to legislative forums and crisis care and support through our warm line and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline via talk or text.  If you are ready to address your mental health, wherever you are in your recovery, we’ll get through it together.
