About our services

Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and we are here for Minnesota.

Mental Health Minnesota works to help people improve their mental health and wellness, as well as address mental health concerns, through direct services that are anonymous, confidential, and free of charge.

We provide information and resources, interactive tools to help you manage your mental health, referrals to treatment and services, and peer support for teens and adults through the Minnesota Warmline.

Services are available seven days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM, and are available via phone, text, or online chat at mentalhealthmn.org.

About Mental Health Minnesota

Mental Health Minnesota was founded in 1939, and has been a trusted source for mental health advocacy, education, resources and support for more than 80 years. We are a non-profit and non-partisan organization, and an affiliate of Mental Health America. All services provided by the organization are available statewide.
