About This Service

MPHC clinics provide primary care services as well as integrated behavioral health services. The services that are provided at MPHC cover a wide variety of health-related problems– for example acute medical illnesses such as common colds, sinus infections, stomach problems, and skin rashes, depression, asthma, high blood pressure, and allergies. We offer a wide range of pediatric care services which include but are not limited to: annual well visits, physical exams, and sick visits. Our adult health service includes several types of medical services designed to keep adults feeling well and in control of their health. From preventive and wellness care to illnesses and chronic health conditions we understand the importance of keeping the entire family healthy. We also provide services in women’s health, dental care, and immunizations.
