The Survivor Support groups listed by AFSP are done so as a public service. Individuals can access a database of U.S. and international in person support groups for those who have lost someone to suicide as well as online support groups. International listings are available for Australia, Brazil, Canada and China.

Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.
